What payment methods you are offering?

As of now we are accepting orders via Credit Card / Debit Card, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.

What is your refund policy and how long it take to receive refund?

We don’t accept returns based on change of mind. Also, we process refund right away and refund will be settled within 07 business days.

When my order will be shipped?

We are using FedEx as trusted courier company. Order will be shipped by next business day and delivered within 5 business days depending on delivery location. You can check estimated delivery date on product page.

Do I have to pay any additional charges to receive my product?

No, all charges are covered in the final purchase price to receive product like custom duty, and/or any additional charges.

Where can I contact to file loss of shipment complaint?

Are you authorized reseller of all listed products?

We are selling imported products on our website which are 100% genuine. There is no difference in the product whether you buy from us or from authorized reseller except warranty.

We are shipping goods either from Hong Kong or Miami, FL.
